President

Michela Bondardo
After obtaining her University Degree in Modern Languages and Literature, Michela Bondardo completed her education in Oxford, at Fontainbleau’s INSEAD and at Bocconi University’s SDA. During a training period at AT&T, New York, she specialised in the area of cultural sponsoring and its implementation in line with corporate objectives.

Since 1981, she has been working in television communication (she is one of the founders of Video/Italia – group Italia/BBDO) and integrated communication (as a partner in IKON in 1983). In 1987, she created Bondardo Comunicazione, the first Italian agency specialising in cultural communication.

She is involved in a number of educational initiatives and is an adjunct professor at many post-graduate training courses. She is often invited as a speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad, and is a member of the Jury of the Arts & Business Award in London. Since 2002, she has been a member of the CEREC Board.

Managing Director

Paola Manfredi
After a short experience as a journalist, in 1995 she started working in the areas of corporate and institutional communication, media relations, large events organisation and training. She has worked with Italian and international bodies, companies and institutions, organising special projects in the cultural, musical, health, political and social fields.

Project development

Daniela Ivaldi
After graduating in Architecture at Turin Polytechnic – with a thesis on museum management – she obtained a master’s degree in Territorial Planning and Real Estate, spending a training period at the Cultural Services Department of the City of Turin, in the Civic Museums Division. She specialised in management and budgeting of cultural institutions. She is currently in charge of Sistema Impresa e Cultura and of the Award.

Sara Annoni
After the Degree in Design and Multimedia Communication at the Politecnico Univesity in Milan, Sara Annoni joint the Bondardo Comunicazione in 2002. Here she specialized in strategic communication and partnership between companies and cultural institutions, project developement and media relation for culture. She has also worked with Daniela Ivaldi to the development of the activities of Sistema Impresa e Cultura and Premio Impresa e Cultura.

Maura Bini
She graduated in Economic and Social Studies from the "Luigi Bocconi" University of Milan. After working for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Paris, she carried out fundraising activities and event organisation for a music foundation in Milan. She has worked for Bondardo Comunicazione since April 2006 as a member of Impresa Impresa e Cultura’s staff.

Sara Russino
After graduating in Philosophy of Language at the Università degli Studi di Milan, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Show Business Management from SDA Bocconi, specialising in cultural marketing. In the area of communication and marketing, she worked for a long time with the Piccolo Teatro of Milan, Simulation Intelligence - market research and Museo della Moto Frera of Tradate (Varese).

Cinzia Levratto
She graduated in Modern Languages and Literature at the University of Genoa, and has a Master’s degree in International Cultural Management. She worked with local cultural institutions, mostly in the area of institutional relations. She is part of the staff of Sistema Impresa e Cultura.

Media Relations

Marta Ascani
She graduated in Conservation of Cultural Heritage at the University of Siena, and obtained a Master’s degree in Events Management at the Bocconi University. She worked with companies and associations in Tuscany in various capacities: reviewing exhibitions for specialised media, organising events and exhibitions for Art Galleries and private bodies, teaching at universities and art schools, giving organisational support for festivals and trade fairs. She’s been working for Bondardo Comunicazione since September 2005, in the press office.

Production

Eleonora Maragò
A designer, she graduated from the Italian Academy of Art and Creativity with a Master’s degree in Business Communication from the Lombardy Region (2004/2005). She started her career working for designers’ and advertising agencies. She started working for Bondardo Comunicazione in March 2006, in the area of material production.

Secretarial office

Cinzia Regalbuto
After graduating in modern languages, she worked as executive assistant and accounting manager in several companies, from tourism to publishing, law and taxation.

Consultants

Pier Luigi Sacco
Professor of Economics of Culture and Director of Communication at the IUAV University of Venice, he writes for Il Sole 24 Ore and is a consultant for a number of institutions and organisations, both private and public. He is a postgraduate professor teaching primarily Economics of Culture courses.

Michele Trimarchi
A Professor of Financial Sciences at the University of Catanzaro, Economics of Cultural Heritage at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, and Economics of Culture and Entertainment at Milan’s IULM. He is a consultant for public administrations and international institutions, and a member of the Executive Board of the Association for Cultural Economics International.

Massimo Sterpi
An expert in art law and cultural investments legislation, he is a partner of the Jacobacci & Associati Law Firm of Turin, Rome and Milan. He is a member of the editorial committee of European Copyright and Design Reports published by Sweet & Maxwell, and an associate of the Centre du Droit de l’Art of Geneva and a Council Member of MARQUES – The Association of the European Trade Mark Owners.

Technical support

AreA, Strategic Design
Leading company in the creation of “visual identity systems”, established in 1991 by Antonio Romano, with offices in Rome, Milan, Paris, Frankfurt and Toronto. By using design as the source of creativity, formal precision and a touch of irony, they developed the coordinated image of companies such as RAI, Ferrovie dello Stato Italian Railways, TIM, Stream, Enel, Confédération Européenne des Syndicats, Taller de Arquitectura, MCS Europe.

Metamorphosi, digital and video projects
Established in 1983, Metamorphosi is a leading company in the production of films and television programs on art and design for corporate communication. The group combines commercial activities with audiovisual research on the application of new media and collaborates with the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, the Triennale of Milan, Palazzo Fortuny, the Department of Architecture of Milan, Swatch, Bank of Italy, Piaggio, Bayer, IBM, Fiat, Mercedes, Tim and Osram, among others.

Massimo Canali
After several years in the US working for Wajskol Inc. in New York, he started working in Italy as a graphic designer for the Makio Hasuike’s studio first and later for the Michele De Lucchi’s studio. He now has his own studio in Milan and works on corporate image, packaging, signaling, publishing graphics, web design and product design.
