BC organises tailored programs and conferences on specific issues relevant to arts and business, communication, and economics, two examples of such programs are: “Management of Relations Within Small and Medium-sized Companies” (2002), a series of seminars designed to show Como entrepreneurs how to improve their businesses by investing in culture, organised in conjunction with the Industrial Association of Como, and “Culture Creativity Innovation” (2005), a two-day brainstorming session with international cultural players organised to discuss the future of cultural investment on a broad scale, hosted by Castello di Ama.
