CEREC (Comité Européen pour le Rapprochement de l’Economie e de la Culture) - Brussels
CEREC is an international non-governmental association created with the support of the European Union Commission. BC has been involved with CEREC since 1998. CEREC includes about 20 European organisations working to create partnerships between business and cultural communities. Over 1000 businesses and 1200 cultural bodies are involved. Michela Bondardo is on the CEREC board, and BC, the only Italian CEREC member, plays an active role within a network that includes the most distinguished experts in the field..
ARTS & BUSINESS - London
Arts & Business, based in London with 18 UK branches, is the foremost international organisation working to develop business/culture relationships. The organisation’s motto is “Business and the arts working together can transform lives”, their diverse activities include: fostering partnerships and organising training programs that involve over a thousand professionals every year, designing national and international development plans for 35 countries from Iceland to Vietnam, and strategic consulting for an average of 1600 businesses and institutions annually.
FELIX MERITIS FOUNDATION - Amsterdam
The Felix Meritis Foundation is well known in the Netherlands and in international political and cultural circles for its work in popular science education. Over the past few years, the foundation has been particularly active organising workshops designed to promote artists in new cultural spaces in Europe.
